“Quiet neighborhood, nicely appointed property. This a comfortable apartment size property that is well maintained and has all the basic amenities. I spent 9 days here and had a very enjoyable time. The neighborhood is quiet but is close to some very active areas that included access to many restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms in good condition, and a kitchen that had all the utensils and pots/pans to cook 2 meals a day without any problem. There also is a gas grill just out the back that could be used if you are feeling inspired. TV and internet were high speed and reliable the entire time I was there. All in all a very nice experience.”

“Work made easy Rented this unit for a week while me and my three guys renovated a condo in sunrise. This unit housed the 4 of us with no issue . one my guys is old grumpy dude who smokes was interesting to see the rules no smoking on premiums . the fridge is not that cold we just bought ice and made it work . other wise the master bed is amazing and very comfy saved me alot of money and aggravation staying here ill be bk .”

My family of 4, including 2 senior adults with mobility issues, found the home to be easily accessible, quiet, centrally located, and sparkling clean. (We especially loved the comfy beds!) We were able to walk to a ton of cool restaurants, bars, and shopping in the center of Ft. Lauderdale in minutes, and it was quick ride to the airport and beaches. “Our stay was amazing. The home was so cute and cozy and you can tell it’s well kept. Very clean. There is a cute patio area in the back with a nice sized yard and a grill and hammocks, this was such a nice touch. We loved all the mirrors as we had 4 girls on our trip and it was very helpful when getting ready. If we had any questions, Craig was quick to answer and was always so pleasant when doing so! This is our top option for visiting this area. We cannot wait to visit again! The location is perfect distance from things like Bodega, the Wharf and other fun daytime activities and nightlife and the beach! Cannot say enough good things about this place. We will be back!”
